Y Neighbours

• Are you a mom looking for some adult conversation and a break?
• Would you like to meet other moms in your community?
• Are you interested in hearing guest speakers discuss a range of subjects from child behaviour to interior design?
• Would you like to join other moms on group outings?

If so, the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg's Y Neighbours Program may be just what you are looking for!

Meetings take place one morning a week in nine community facilities across Winnipeg and give women an opportunity to meet socially, schedule workshops and hear guest speakers on a range of topics.  There are also group outings, as well as exciting social evenings.

Each Y Neighbour group offers an on-site fully supervised nursery program for children up to  6 years of age. Children learn to be socially active while gaining independence and self-esteem. The nursery has a structured setting that includes free play, craft and snack time.

There are currently 9 Y Neighbours groups operating in and around Winnipeg.
